Sleep!

I went to bed at approximately 7:30 last night. I probably didn't fall asleep until 8 or so, but when I woke up this morning my sleep ap said that I got 100% sleep. Woohoo! I needed it. Especially after two days with a migraine. I got up this morning and headed to the Y to get my cardio in. I was planning on doing a C25K run, but I somehow forgot my earbuds even though I had my ipod. I figured that the other people at the Y didn't want to hear when I should and shouldn't be running, so I just did some fairly consistent cardio for 45 minutes. I am reading "The Secret Life of Bees" and really enjoying it. So, my morning run went quickly. A friend of mine from law school just joined the Y and goes early in the morning. We have talked about doing some classes together, so I'm excited to see what we can do. It's always nice to have someone to workout with but it is really hard to find someone who is willing to get up before the sun to workout. Now I just need to figure out how to get some weight lifting and/or toning in. Of course I still need to check out crossfit and the ballet fitness classes that I bought groupons for. Time to start looking at the calendar. But, we are going to the State Fair tonight, so that will wait. :)
